Shipping - We ship worldwide!!!
- Free domestic shipping on all orders £50 or more. Orders below £50 will be required to pay the standard shipping rate of £2.99. Alternatively you can choose First Class shipping for £3.99
- Free international shipping on all orders £80 or more. Standard rest of the world shipping £7.99
- Orders typically ship the next working day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
- Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Please make sure the shipping address is correct when checking out your order. We will send the order to the address you have provided.
- RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE FOLDED NEATLY (WHEN APPLICABLE) AND PUT BACK IN THE PACKAGING THEY CAME IN. ITEMS RECEIVED IN POOR CONDITION WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
Our return policy lasts 14 days, this means you have 14 days after you have received your order to inform us of your wish to return it. If more than 14 days has passed since you have returned the item, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances and in the same packaging and condition that you received it in.
Refunds/ Exchanges -
Once your return is received and double checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return has been approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, with 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the UK, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. We limit exchanges to be done only one time per order. Exchanges will usually ship the next working day after your return has been processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
For an exchange please inform us when you are making a return that you wish to exchange the item and what you wish to exchange it for. Please note that items can only be exchanged for like to like products ie. a change in size or colour.
If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email.
For any international orders that received free shipping and is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
